Report requirement – List of invoices for a Vendor

Assumption:  AP supervisor has requested that you create a report listing of the invoices for a vendor.  She wants this report on a spreadsheet so that she can use it to pivot and create an aging report against it.

Option #1:   Use Crystal Report

It will be easy for a Crystal developer but users don’t have the flexibility to make changes when they want to add new fields.

Option #2:   Use SQR

A lot of Flexibility but time consuming and inflexible.

Option #3:   Use nVision – even a functional user should be able to do this!

Easy and flexible! Even a functional user can do this! Plus it meets all the requirements that the user wants.
